Sky phone numbers

Edited by Richard BarkerChecked 13 October 2026

Sky publishes 2 numbers for you to call and 1 number it says it may call you from on its own website. We list each one with the page it is on (3 pages in all), a short quote from that page and the date we checked it.

Numbers Sky says it may call you from

Sky lists this number on its own website. A call showing one of them is not proof it is Sky, because numbers can be faked.

How scams that copy phone and broadband providers work

UK Finance says criminals pose as communications providers and ask for remote access to "fix" a problem. The FCA says that once a scammer can see your screen, they can reach your online banking.

This could still be a scam call

Criminals can make their number look like a genuine one (this is called spoofing). If someone calls from this number and asks for money, bank details, a code or passwords, hang up. Then call Sky back on a number you've found yourself, such as the one on their own website or on a letter or bill from them.

Questions about Sky’s numbers

Does Sky call from 0800 761 3372?

Sky lists 0800 761 3372 on its own website as a number it may call you from (Outbound number Sky says it calls customers from). The page says: "If you receive a call from 0800 761 3372, you’ll know it’s from us." (checked 13 October 2026). Callers can fake a genuine number, so if you are unsure, hang up and contact Sky on a number you have found yourself.

What numbers can I call Sky on?

Sky publishes 2 numbers for the public to call. They are: 0333 759 0560 (Sky help line shown on its fraud and scam reporting page); 0344 241 4141 (Sky Mobile help line for returns and checking roaming in a destination). Check the source page for each one before you call, as numbers and opening hours change.

What does Sky say it will never ask for?

Sky's own website says: "we could ask for your verbal password, but not the password for sky.com". If a caller asks for these things, hang up.
