Claimed to be from Sky, a MALE spoke (never said their name) - Asking for feedback. I passed the phone to my mum, they asked my mum for her security answers. When my mum said no (She said to me they sound dodgy) I took the phone to speak and a WOMAN said no problem, have a nice day and they hung up. SKY only contact my mum's direct number on a different provider, never SKY SIMs
