'Bank Security'. The unctuous voice did not address me by name but just said 'Hi! This is Bank Security. We have received...' something about two payments, at which point I hung up. My bank would never do this. If they want to contact me they email me and instruct me to log in to my account (in the usual way, i.e. they don't include a link) and read a secure message they've left me.
